HOW DO I REGISTER?
STEP
1
Click 'register' on the main menu. Fill in the required fields on
the registration form and click 'submit'. You will be notified if
you have missed any of the manadory fields.
STEP
2 Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to the address
used to register.
STEP
3 After 2 or 3 seconds the web site will redirect you to the downloads
page.
Please
note: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed
on your system to view the PDF briefing document. If you don't
have it installed, you can download it from here.
Some of the links trigger
a pop-up window to appear. Your system my have the
option checked to block these pop-ups. Make sure this
is set to allow pop-up windows.
1. Ensure Pop-up windows are
ENABLED on your system
2. Please only upload ONE FILE
per entry. We are looking for initial designs/concepts.
You will be surprised how much detail you can get onto
one file.
3. You will be asked for a description/overview
of your entry, it would be useful to have this text ready
for step 3 of the uploading process.
4. If you see 'No file' at the
top of the page when uploading your entry, it means your
file is too big! (we are looking for approx 4MB).
5. Follow our size guidelines
for the entry file below. If your file is still to big,
save the JPG out at a slightly lower quality.
Uploading your entry is easy.
Just follow these 3 steps.
Note: Ensure Pop-up windows are
enabled on your system
STEP
1
Click upload on main menu. You will be asked to login - use the email address
you registered with. Then click 'Choose File' and locate the JPG (only
ONE file per entry) you have created from your system. Remember your entry
should be A4 landscape, Width 297mm x Height 210mm (3508 x 2480 pixels)
at 300dpi. This will give you a file of approx 4MB (Do not send bigger
than 6MB).
Once your image is selected click 'Continue' . Please be patient . The
time it takes to upload your image is reliant on your connection speed
and the time of day.
STEP 2 You will see a preview
of your image on the website. If you are happy with
it, Click 'Continue'.
STEP 3 Give your entry a 'Title'.
Now you have an opportunity to write a small 'Overview' for your entry.
Once you are happy with the completed fields on this stage, simply click
'Complete Submission'.
You are done! You will then
be directed to the gallery, where you can view your completed
submission along with everyone elses.
